The FJC publishing house, Lechaim, is one of the largest publishers and distributors of Jewish books in the Russian language. Since 1992 we have brought hundreds of new books to thousands of readers by publishing and translating Jewish literary, philosophical and theological texts.

The FJC also publishes eight monthly magazines. The most popular is Lechaim, an 80-page, full color monthly with 54,000 subscribers. We also support dozens of Jewish community newspapers. The largest, "The Jewish Word," has a weekly circulation of 35,000.

We support four regional television programs promoting Jewish life, which reach 45,000 viewers. And we reach hundreds of thousands of other Jews in the former Soviet Union through our Russian-language website, www.jewish.ru.
