The FJC oversees offices of Public affairs that is developed in each local community; dealing with Government relations, International relations, relations with other faiths, and media relations.

Federation officials have developed close working relationships with governments in the 15 member countries as well as at the regional and local level.

We participate in international forums among Jewish organizations, and with leaders of other faiths who share our goals of respect for human rights and protecting religious freedoms.

The FJC also provides background information and commentary to the media around Jewish holidays and serves as a voice to the local and international media, regarding different issues that arise that concern the Jewish community

All these activities are designed to foster goodwill, promote development and educate the public about Jewish life and practice while dispelling misconceptions in lands where Jews have been marginalized or persecuted for centuries.
